My 5 month old daughter loves her apple teether. It's a really nice size for her to grasp and hold on to. I appreciate that it is BPA and PVC free and that it is filled with sterilized water. Will probably purchase the fish as well.

 Great teether - Frank B. Bevirt -
Great teether for my six month old son . I wish I had it when my other four boys were teething.

Recently recalled in Canada - M. Farkas - Vermont, United States
I bought one of these teethers for my infant son and just learned that Health Canada recently recalled this teether as testing "revealed that the liquid filling of the teether may be contaminated with the bacteria Bacillus sphaericus/fusiformis. These bacteria generally do not cause illness. However, the bacteria may cause infection in children with weakened immune systems if the teether is punctured and the liquid filling from the teether is ingested or enters open wounds." http://cpsr-rspc.hc-sc.gc.ca/PR-RP/recall-retrait-eng.jsp?re_id=885 While this might not be enough to deter some parents from purchasing this teether, I thought others should be aware of it.

totally overrated - Helen Lum - nj
I bought this because of all the great reviews online. My baby likes the teether but it's not worth the money. He likes other teethers that are a lot cheaper just as much. One that was worth spending the money on though was Sophie the Giraffe - he loves that thing! Wish I could say the same about this - unfortunately not

Expensive, but works! - Amy Mcfarland - California
This is the perfect amount of squishy/firm for frustrated kiddos trying to work on their teeth. And I love that you can freeze it/put it in the fridge to provide extra relief. It is pricy for a teether, but it works great!
